I have three children, my husband works off for weeks at a time and I care for my grandmother 24/7. I feel like I never have time for myself and the rest of my family doesn't helo much. I feel exasted and overwhelmed sometimes but I always put everyone else first!

first off, you r a very strong woman.. i have my kids 2 and 1 while hubby is gone but taking on gma is another thing.. pray, you are doing a wonderful thing for ur family!! maybe you need to try to reach out to your extended fam.. i know that this can be hard, but try.. i really admire you. truly a role model.. anyways....is there a hospice service that can help? hopefully somewhat covered through ins form gma?.. maybe you can have your kids go on playdates to houses that u trust..or a really good friend that can take your kids for an hour here and there??idk.. but just believe that you are a tool of God and doing wonderful!
