Hubby Deployed, Home For Birth??

Hello!

I am currently 13 weeks pregnant. My hubby was deployed June 8th. And he is due home between now and no later then Dec 31st.

My question is. I know he comes home for HLTA ( R&R) in July for 2 weeks. But I am due DECEMBER 15th, i was wondering if because they are due to be home no later then the 31st of December if there is a change that he could do some talking, and be home for the 15th??

I dont need any rude comments. Its just a question

he is CANADIAN MILITARY.

Thanks for your comment... I have FINALLY been able to talk with my hubby. When he first arrived they mentioned everyone is going to start packing up and heading home a month before home date of Dec 31st.. After he found out, flights for them start Nov 30th, he asked to be on one of the 1st so he can get home, and they assured him it was NOT a problem.. he will be home anywhere between Nov 30th and Dec 8th

I am probably not being helpful at all since I don't know anything about Canadian military so I'm sorry up front about that. I thought I'd give it a try though. I would guess that you could file some paperwork or let a superior know so they can take steps when you go into labor. When you go into labor they may let him fly back. But I would get the ball rolling on any paperwork etc now. I hope this helps somewhat. The best thing to do is probably to have him ask a superior. I'm sure they would want to help him be there for the birth of his child if they can.
