My husband and I loved both our parents. Though they're not the perfect sets, we love them flaws and all. With this, as we become parents too, we promised each other to be good examples to our kid and future kids. As we raise our kid, I thanked the Lord for bringing out the best in my husband for providing for us and taking care of our son. I worked part time too and he doesn't care one bit if he's left with our 2 y/o son for the whole day! From giving baths, feeding and everything. Most dads i know will leave some business solely to moms, but my hubby is just being a FULL TIME Dad. Care to share yours? great husband and great Dad too?

My husband is a great father. He's the best there is. He loves being with our kids and helps whenever he can. He was born to be a father. :)

My husband is an amazing daddy!! I work part time & while I'm at work he takes care of our 2 month old daughter. He even gets up with her in the middle of the night if I have to get up early. He loves to hold her, feed her & sing to her. They even watch bugs bunny cartoons together. He's always saying how sweet she is & how much he loves her. I can tell by the way she looks at him & smiles that she loves him too.

My hubby is a pastor, so he works quite a bit. But when he can he'll take one or two of our kids (we have 5) with him to work or to meetings/functions. He changes diapers, bathes kids,"tries" to fix the girls hair :-) takes them on special "dates", and is a great example of a godly man. This world needs more good daddies like him and the men in the other posts!

There are things my husband prefers not to deal with, like pooped diapers/pull ups, but he will do it. My husband takes care of our kids in the AM, on school days gets them ready and to school by himself like 95% of the time so I can sleep. I pick them up and get lunch on. If it's a non-school day then he takes care of both of them til he has to put them to nap and get ready for work. He works a mid shift and I work nights.

My hubby helps with their baths and diapers/pull ups, getting clothes ready (but I do their laundry most of the time).

The only time when it's a solely me thing is if the kids are just wanting me. Our daughter is ALL about Daddy a huge chunk of the time, but our son prefers me most of the time. They do both switch up.

Since we have odd schedules and we both have to work and keep these for now he tries to fill in where he can in everything.

My husband is my best friend but when I met him was irresponsible (what do you expect for a 18/19 year old) and even after our marriage we had good and bad times. Since our kids have come along tho he has changed 75% or so of the time he's super dad. It wasn't easy when we had to move with our jobs and I had to go to third, but when I told him what was going on and how overwhelmed I felt he stepped in and took a HUGE chunk of chores and almost all AM care so I can sleep.

He is an amazing father, even if I don't see it all the time! He is an amazing husband and my very best friend.

My husband and I have different days off to cut daycare costs and he ends up spending more time with our son than I do because of the way my hours are and they have wonderful time together.

My husband does everything I do with our kid. When he's home he's just as much responsible for playing with, feeding and changing nappies and bathing our kid as I am. He doesn't give me as much sex as I'd like though.
