watched both girls (4 and 8) for an entire weekend so I could go "hang out" with my friends! He actually does this a couple times a year if I need or ask him to. Neighbors came to see if we could come over and let the kids play, etc (we've just met them) and hubby took the kids over and visited and made the two ladies jealous. Apparently they said, "I want to go away for a weekend!"

I know too many husbands that refuse to take care of the kids by themselves, never giving the moms a break. I'm so appreciative of my husband for being such a loving and caring husband and father!

that is wonderful! I am always in awe of my husband, he has done it all! Watching our kids so I can get a break, holding my hair and gently rubbing my back while I am sick with morning sicknes,driving all over the place when i have cravings. He is so amazing and I never get tired of letting him know just how so!

My husband never skips the chance to have alone time with the kids. He lets me go shopping with my cousin, my sister, my mom, and pretty much anyone else I want to hang out with. A couple weeks ago he actually kicked me out of the apartment because I needed a break. I was so overwhelmed with family stuff and kids, the cleaning, getting my ged, and picking a nursing class at the local college that I was losing my mind.

my mans always looking after the kids whenever hes home!! i dont even get a say!! he says theyre his best friends!! he loves just hanging out with his boys!!!

Isnt it great to get a break from being mom? Mom is a great job, but its a full time job and moms need days off every now and then too.
