We will be celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary this September 26th. We are childhood sweethearts who met at our church youth group when we were thirteen. When we were 15, he is 5 days older than me, he mowed lawns to buy me a ring with my birthstone in it. I still have it. We dated off and on, until we finally made it forever in 1981.
