i myself just recently got remarried to a wonderful man this is my second marriage. my husband is always encouraging me to do things and make myself feel good about it. he is such a hard worker doing anywhere from 40-62 hours a week. he has surprised me with so many dozens of roses and carnations. the recent one being a dozen red roses with 6 lavender and plum purple carnations in the center. these colors were the colors of our wedding. he has accepted my 3 children i had from a previous marriage and encourages them to do the best they can in life and teaches them things there dad never took the time to do. he is a wonderful step dad. i just cant list the goodness in myhusband. i sure do love him and am glad my God brought him to me.

Congratulations on finding such a wonderful man! It's nice to hear from people who actually appreciate and love their husbands! It makes me so sad (and slightly angry.) to hear so many women complaining about their husbands. I am married to a wonderful man and he is an excellent father and I too just love to share that with everyone! :)

My husband is also Fantastic. He is an amzing father too, this makes me love him all the more. He is attentive, caring and devoted to myself and our wonderful 2 sons. He helps with housework, cooks dinner occasionally, he even IRONS yes he irons, not many men I know do that. He works long shifts and very hard, but still comes home and gets stuck in. He is truly a blessing. We met at high school and I love more today then back them. He is my Rock. xx

I just wanted to say how wonderful my husband has been this morning (he's always wonderful but especially today). I wasn't feeling well this morning and so he let me sleep in. While I was sleeping he did the dishes, washed 1 load and hung out 2 loads of wash and got our daughter to finish all her school work (she's homeschooled). He managed to acheive all of that before 10am! (I can't even do that!) Now he is off at the hardware store with the older 2 kids while the youngest has her nap, just so I can have some quiet time!!

My husband surprised me at work the other day. I was already having a bad day as I have had feet surgery and am still recovering so working has been difficult. Well work was being difficult and I got a delivery of roses. The gal says , "these must be for you! I said I don't think so, until I read the card, From one that loves you for all times." I was so touched I was crying when a customer came in, he says whats wrong and all I could say was , " My husband got me flowers!"

I also have an amazing husband. We met in high school and have been together for 12yrs, married for 4yrs. We have 16mth twin girls and I don't think I could find a better father for them even if I went looking. He is so hands on with them and has all the time in the world for them. He baths them every night so I can have a bit of me time ot get some cleaning done without the girls under my feet. He sits and reads books with them, takes them for walks, plays with them in the backyard. If he has his own thing to do or is going away for the weekend he never leaves until they are bathed and tucked in to bed. He has just exceeded my expectations for what a father would be like. I am truly blessed to have him and I can not say enough about what a great father he is.

I have been blessed with a wonderful husband as well. It took me almost half my lifetime but as soon as I made up my mind not to look for him...(isn't that what we do anyway) almost giving up...he shows up!
I met my husband at Calvary Chapel Christian Church seven years ago. I was a children's church teacher and worship leader/team. He was visiting our church..I had bad issues with men in the past but this man-made me feel that I can be me. He would go all the way for me. Took my son to school when I couldn't because of illnesses, cooked, cleaned, washed clothes, everything!!! And still had time to make me laugh! Read the Word with me...I have never thought I would marry anyone at the age of 42!
We will be celebrating our seventh anniversary on the 4th of October! Thank You Lord for showing me that happiness is still a dream come true. Till this day, we never let one day or evening without saying those three magnificent words,"ILOVEYOU".

I just saw this group and I think it is an amazing idea. Too often we women spend our time complaining about our husbands, especially to other women. I think we would do our marrages good to focus on the good things too.
