Hey there. My name is Sabra. I am 23 years old and engaged to my wonderful fiance Ryan. We have an almost 2 year old daughter Rhianna and a baby on the way. With Rhianna, I had an emergency C-section. I had a temperature of 104 and the doctors couldn't figure out why. If they hadn't preformed the C-section, they might have lost both of us. So far, the baby-to-be hasn't let us know his or her gender. I feel that it will be a boy. With this child, I also have to have a C-section due to the "wear and tear" the doctors did with the last one. So far- everything is going great! No morning sickness; this time I don't have placenta previa- EVERYTHING IS WONDERFUL! I crave pizza like there is no tomorrow. The heart beat was such an awesome thing to here. Hopefully at the next ultra sound we'll find out what the baby is. Ryan and I are getting married in June and the baby will be here sometime in July. THIS IS SO EXCITING!

Hi There, Sabra! My name is Melina nad I too am 14 weeks along. This is my 4th child and like you, I too feel this is a boy and I can't get enough pizza and tacos! but mostly pizza!!! This pregnancy is seaming as effortless at my 1st pregnancy with my son the other two are my princesses. I should be able to confirm the baby's gender is a couple of weeks and am due 7/20/09. I hope you the best and good luck on your C-Section.
