19 month age gap - what will it be like?

Hello I will have a 18 month old when baby number three is born i am due in September. As far as the baby waking up the others i am not too worried because it was not an issue with the other ones but my daughter is an early bird and i dont know how well i am going to function with three kids and not very much sleep . my first two are 1 year 11 months two and a half weeks apart.

Hi, gud question? I'm more or less in the same boat. My daughter is 18 months today and #2 her brother will be here on the 26th May.. ( 11 days to go). A little scared that i will not be able to cope especially with the lack of sleep i'm currently experiencing. Please tell me it gets easier.

I have a 13 month old son who will be 19 months when baby #2 is born in October. I want to know more about what it will be like too!! I am worried that my firstborn will not sleep because he will hear the baby and wonder what's going on? Also, we are wondering if we should buy a toddler bed, or a twin mattress on the floor, or ??? Any suggestions? So much to think about! I hope it's fun! :)

ok so my little on was born a week ago and im not going to lie Jerrik loves his little brother but it has been hard. the baby is a night owl and im finally able to get him to bed around 6-7am and then my little boy is awake by 8-9am. my husband am i are very sleep deprived but have never been happier! im sure its going to get easier as time goes on :)

my son turned one and i had my daughter 10 days later i found it quite easy and id do it again he was 3months old when i got caught with her best thing ever but thats just my opinion they learnt to share and play together it has got harder as they got older tho there 6 n 7 now and fight more than play but its nice they have someone to play with x

I'm due in june and my kids will be 19 months apart as well...scares the crap out of me. I have no idea how i'm gunna go shopping lol!

um im in the same boat as you my boys will be 21 1/2months apart. im due may 7th so i guess ill find out here real soon what its like and let ya know :)

Its hard I have my first 2 are 15 months apart and between my 2nd and 3rd they are 19 months apart. In the begining its really nothing get your little girl involved but when your new one is learning to grab and hit your little girl may hit back. Remember its because they are so close in age!
