Recently the past few days I have started getting extremely dizzy and its like my eye sight loses focus and i cant see anything and have to lean against something because i feel like i am going to fall. It doesnt just happen either when standing up or sitting down too fast. It happens when just walking around and have been getting severe migraines where it feels like someone took a bat to the top of my head. And started getting some stomache pains every now and then like last night around 3 am they woke me right up. and have had the pains on and off today. I have an appointment tomorrow morning what should i do now?

That's what fainting is. You lose vision temporarily and feel like you will fall.

I am having the same issues!! These last few days bad cramps below and I feel like a whole bunch of pressure is happening to where i need to sit down or lay down. I woke up this morning and I couldnt see that well out of my left eye it was just was blurry and felt like i couldnt see a thing but my other eye was just fine and all day today I been really tired and been feeling these bad pains off and on and only feel them when i walk up and down my stairs or when i walk a lot through out the day. I have made an apt with my doctor today he wants to see me right away. Did any of you ever find out why the pain happens all the time and what you can do about preventing these issues? I could use the help even though this is my third child I havent been through any of this with the ones before this one. It is just not normal.

I have actually passed out a few times so far. "Whited out" is how I would explain it. Everything goes bright white, and my hearing sounds like im under water. Then I go down. Usually I start to feel tired first so I know when to expect it coming. The worst time was two weeks ago at the food court in the mall, and not a single person stopped to help me. My midwife said it was most likely a combination of low blood pressure (mines 70 over 40) and dehydration. I started drinking a 2L of water every day, and ive felt less tired and havent had any dizzy spells since. My iron levels were checked, and were in a perfectly healthy range. Dont underestimate the water! Also since starting the water drinking, my bp has gone up to 90/70 yay!

I did that and it was my blood pressure. Have your doctor check it next time. You may need bed rest if it is that bad.

I am going to see the OB doctor tomorrow morning and going to talk to him about everything. Yes there is a chance it could be an iron level. Sorry but it doesnt hurt to go pee in the bathroom, It could be a blood pressure problem too. We arent exactly sure and wont know til tomorrow morning, but it was an on and off thing all day today.

Like Sabrina said, I would definitely tell your doctor tomorrow. Especially about the migraines. I get the dizziness and stuff as a result of high blood pressure (I'm 22 weeks), but I'm sure they'll check that anyway. Hope everything's okay! :)

Quoting Kerrie:

That happened to me around 16 weeks...
My doctor said not to worry about it. She told me it was just blood pressure or glucose level. I realized that the pain I was feeling in my belly at night was actually the fact I had to pee lol I know it sounds really dumb but I try and go whenever I wake up at night. :)

That sounds like a water/ bladder infection if it hurts when you need to wee hun, have a check up in case, hope its not, xx

that usually happens around 15/16 wks hun, i'm on my 2nd baby and am 15 wks 1 day and hey presto here it is again, the baby has moved out of the pelvis and is pushing all your internal organs up and stretching you to make room, as you can imagine it wouldnt be totally pain free... Also ask the doc to check your iron levels as 9 times out of 10 the dizziness can be down to low iron, also something i have had with both and is very comon in pregnancy.... good luck hun, xx
