im 30 weeks and in a lot of pain the dr said its because my first baby was really big and his baby has a lot of room to move around and my tummy muscles are not strong i need advice on what i can do to take some the pressure off and the pain it hurts when i walk too

i would try resting for a few hrs in bed and if that does not work then try takeing a bath but other then that i am not sure what to do

I am also 30 weeks. This is my 6th pregnancy. This is only the fourth to make it this far. I have had problems and pains with all of them. I am having them with this one but they are diff. the dr said it is because my muscles are stretched and can't hold the baby up out of my pelvis. They told me to get a support belt, it did nothing for me. Laying down on my side helps sometimes, also do not sit straight up as it puts more pressure on the nerves that run down your back and pelvic region. This will only help sometimes and as I have other children one under 2 years laying down is not always an option LOL!! Have hubby rub your back everynight for 10-15mins. This helps to relieve to muscle strain and helps get me comfortable to sleep.

im also 30 weeks and have felt like this one is trying to kill me its hard to walk its even harder to sleep....i have not found anything that really helps the only thing that has given any relief is dropping our hot tub to 98 degrees and soaking for a while....its way bigger than the bathtub and just more relaxing but if you find anything else please share the knowledge
