Yes, I used it with my first pregnancy and it didn't seem to do anything for me. I drank a whole box! Melissa is right about the difference between the two and it shouldn't be used in the early stages of pregnancy. I heard it was supposed to induce labour, but really it is supposed to strengthen your uterus preparing it for labour. So, if you are looking for something to induce labour this is not it. Good luck!

Usually, normal raspberry flavour tea is just a pleasant-tasting drink. It's a lot weaker than "real" Raspberry leaf tea and wont have any affect on your uterus. The "real" stuff is usually sold loose, and you make a strong, unpleasant tasting infusion with it. I actually dont mind the taste myself. It's supposed to tone the uterus, and is usually used by overdue women. Not sure how scientifically proven it is, but loads of women seem to use it. Not to be used in early pregnancy, i believe.
