I was just wondering if anyone knows of a safe acne medicine that I can use while pregnant and nursing? I have been having horrible breakouts ever since I became pregnant. Any advice I would appreciate! Thanks!

I had horrible acne prior to being pregnant with my first child, and was on an RX for it- when I found out, the dermatologist told me to keep using the cream.
