We are looking for a convertible carseat for our expecting baby girl. I have been looking @ BabiesRus and like the Graco My Ride 65 - Sonata ($159.99) but definitely want to look around before purchasing one. We prefer it to have pink or other "feminine colors" and be of great quality while still being inexpensive (around $100-$185 price range). What do you think about the one I listed by Graco or what would you recommend????

It's out of your price range, but I bought the Britax Marathon for my daughter, it came in a really cute pink with brown polka dots on it. It was definitely the best investment I've ever made! We've made several car trips to my home town about 4 hours away, and she does amazing in it. It's kinda of big but its not a huge hassle to switch it to other cars, I'm 24 weeks pregnant and my sister is 15 weeks pregnant and neither one of us have any problems lifting it. I think I saw it for $319 at Babies R Us. I will definitely be buying another one for my baby boy, it's the safest car seat on the market and very comfortable for my babies.

I would say the Myride or the True Fit i think they have a girly patter for that. The nice thing with the true fit(trying to talk hubby into one my self for our new son) is that the headrest comes off so when it is rear-facing you don't have to worry about it being in the way when its rear facing. Then when you turn in forward facing you just reattach the head rest and your good to go.

I have a carseat that is convertible it is by cosco and i got it from walmart for about $50. It is cheap but made really good and they come in pink I love the one i have i have no problem with it and when your daughter gets older you can add the cup holder that comes with it. And it is a 5 point harness also which is really good
