Im due in 3 months and starting my maternity leave in september, I know babys gonna come in no time and the bills will still have to be paid along with the expenses of having a newborn, what is a good way to make some extra income while im home with a new one. I'll be receiving income support for the time being but anybody on income support knows it'll only cover rent and the basics. I would like to have a little extra income for the little extras you need in life and would like ideas on how to go about that?? Any ideas???

I'm getting maternity leave an babysitting a little boy. I'm also gonna start selling Avon, as long as it won't affect my maternity benefits. Does anyone know if it will!?

Have you thought about babysitting 1 or 2 kids part time? That would help and it would only be a few hours a week. i know it sounds hard with a new baby but anything might help!

i do avon. its not going too well bc i dont have many people to sell to....i only make about $20 to $50 every 2 weeks. i am hoping it will get better soon bc right now we need the money bad! i have a 1 year old and my 2nd will be here in a month so getting a job now isnt going to be easy.... try avon, its not hard and its not like you have to go too much out of your way. that $20 does help

Try avon. There are tons of home parties but you dont want to be going out of the house with a new born at least with avon people will call in there orders and there are no parties required.

When I got pregnant with my first, I started selling things on eBay. You'd be amazed at what you can sell around your house, and how much it helps. I have sold things like, DVD's, electronics, things my hubby collects (lol), and once I even sold paper! Don't get overwhelmed, it's not hard. :)
