hi am 24 weeks pregnant and feelin a lot of downward pressure an d pain in my sides and back over the last 3 days...and as my son is 3 1/2 i cant remember if this is normal and am quite worried any advice would be much appreciated.. thanks guys...

When you have that kind of pressure make sure that you immediately get off your feet and drink lots of water. If this does not alleviate any of the discomfort your need to get looked at, I has two high risk pregnancies and this was always the first measure to take when feeling pain.
