I M about to deliver baby #2 anytime, I have been trying to prepare myself and my 20 month old son for this day for months now. Now that is around the corner I m feeling myself getting stressed out. I want my son to take this experience well and make it as smooth for him as possible. I just finished typing up his schedule for my in laws and husband to follow. Since the hospital is only 10 mins to the house, my husband will be going back and forth. But I m still worry, I worry that they might not follow my schedule.. I m worry that my son might not get a good sleep or even a good nap, I m worry that he might not eat well....I m worry that because of all those things above he might be cranky or even get sick and that wouldnt be a good experience for him when he meet his new sister for the first time......maybe its just the hormals that is making me kookoo lol I m also very aggitated towards everything..(except my son of course) Just wondering how did you ladies cope around this time. I would love to hear your story :)

just try and relax yourson sounds like he'll be in good hands and with you schedule all typed up nothing shouldgo wrong but all you need to be worring about is the birth of your next baby yes your son might get sick while your in hospital but there is nothing you can do about that i mean who know when a child is going to get sick and since the hospital is only 10mins away if something happens you'll know shortly and will be able to give some advice when i had my 3rd child it was the first night in 3yr in which i had spend away from my kids (with my second i didn't stay in) and it was the hardest night to fall asleep but looking back i know that nothing went wrong as everyone that was looking after the kids i trusted and i knew was going to follow the schedule in which had to be followed i think the more you stress the more your son will stress. best of luck with baby no 2
