Cheap and EASY alternatives to store bought baby food

My son is 17 months old and is STILL eating mostly baby food. He isn't interested in much "real" food. I've found spaghettios work great, but other than that, what are some cheap, quick, and easy options that he might enjoy?

My youngest is about 18 months my issue she's not that best of a chewer. But doesn't want baby food any longer. I give Mini-Ravioli's they are soft & easy, pudding, jello, mashed potatoes, macaroni (& other noddles), canned mandarin oranges & diced peaches, & thinly sliced deli meats (I tear them up into tiny pieces). That's all I can come up with off the top of my head.
