Night 1 cook chicken in micro 8 min per pound
eat
now pull left over meat off bones
make
a. chicken enchliladas
b. chicken salad
c. chicken tossed with girlled onions and bbq sauce chicken sandwiches
with the bones roast in broiler for 20-30 min
put in a large pot of water and 1/2 onio 1 -2 stalks or tops of celery
then slow cook for several hours, strain, toss bones and veggie out - now you have great broth
I make chicken soup with 2-3 chicken brests, noodles and some diced fresh veggies simmer 20 min all is done with great flavor
one chicken 3 meals for a family of 4
