Christmas Shopping

We are a family of 5 and my husband works in construction so needless to say this christmas we are on a tight budget. With a $2000 a month mortgage plus utility bills and groceries( we have NO credit card debt thank God) we have to cut every corner to be able to have a great Christmas for our 3 kids. My grocery bill is $100 a week or less and most of my gifts were bought either from Craigslist, Ebay or a nearby Antique/consignment store. The only Big gift I splurged on was a Nintendo Wii and the rest of the gifts were budgeted in. Craigslist is a miracle...LOL. I find SO many things on there...plus I sell TONS of stuff we dont need/use and use that money for the gifts. It has saved us a TON of money this holiday season!!!!

Craigslist is great, I use it alot. I sold on Ebay for 9 years and then thier prices went sky high and so now I use Craigslist and since it's local most times there is no shipping and things sell right away. Plus, I have found quite a bit on there to buy and its all local. Which is great.
