I recently posted a few tips to help my readers earn cash back on their holiday purchases. I thought this would also be a great place to post those tips! Enjoy!

There are a few ways you can earn cash back around the holidays! I have compiled some tips on helping you earn back money on your Holiday Purchases which in return will Save You Money! Enjoy!

1. Shop Online and Reap the Rewards- Shopping online is a great way to earn cash back. It's simple, you sign-up for a company that keeps track of all your holiday spending for you, use a redirect link from them, make your purchase, and BAM you get cash back for your purchase. Earning cash back can vary for each store but around the holidays you typically see a higher percentage of what you will earn back. Plus shopping online means you don't have to leave the comfort of your home and you don't have to spend gas driving which in return saves you even more money.

My two favorite Cash Back Websites are: ShopAtHome and Ebates. Each site requires a minimum $20.00 cash back requirement before they send you a check. However, I am sure you know this will be easy to reach around the holidays.

2. Utilize Cash Back Credit Card/Debit Card Opportunities- Now before I go into this don't use credit cards if you have a tendency to spend more because you don't want to get yourself into debt. However, if you have a credit card, chances are your credit card has some sort of cash back incentive. Now is the time to put that to work! For instance, I have a Chase Freedom Visa Credit Card and I use it for all my purchases because I earn up to 5% cash back on everything! This incentive really helps me save money and earn money on the purchases I'd normally make. Some debit cards even have an incentive like this so be sure to check with your financial institution to see what they offer.

3. Use Coupons- We all know using coupons saves money but sometimes people don't realize that coupons aren't just for grocery or household items. Store coupons can also be used to save and there are plenty of those to go around during the holiday season. To find store coupons I suggest following your favorite stores on Facebook. We usually see lots of stores posting coupons online before they are available anywhere else. Coupons are a form of instant cash back.

4. Mail-in Rebates- Using Mail-in rebates goes hand-in-hand with coupons. Most the time you can even pair these with coupons to save even more. Around the holidays keep your eye out for electronic products, household goods, and other great items that have these attached. You can also search for rebates online. Although this route will take several weeks to receive your cash back in the mail, it's still a great way to save.

I've heard about eBates, but have yet to see what they're about.

I do use my online shopping to earn rewards from stores I'm registered with.

It saves time and money.

Coupons are always handy especially when buying multiples of an item.

Great tips and reminders. Thanks for sharing!
