Dear Circle of Moms ~



I am looking for activities or places that I can go with Katie, my almost 4-month old daughter that are FREE. It would be a plus if it is something that Katie would actually enjoy and even better if there are other moms with young babies there. I have already scoped out story-hour possiblities at the local libraries and already participate in a new moms group at the local hospital.



Any ideas?

Your local park is always good if the weather is nice. Babies love to be outdoors.

And a playgroup is the best. Either start your own or you can find out if there are any local organizations like "Infancy to Independence" in your area.

See if your area has a "Mom's Club" .  Here is their international web site:  http://www.momsclub.org/  I love our group and have plenty to do.  Try the zoo, try the pet store. My kids loved the birds and the fish.  Try the toy store.  We play for hours in the Toy sections of Target and Walmart.  We also love Toys r us.
