I use these sites to help me out. I clip coupons and save over 80% on my grocery bill. My last one was $120 and I paid only $45! Not everyone lives in Colorado Springs, but Carrie has a video on how to start couponing and she lets you know what is on sale and when to use your coupons for the the stock up prices.
www.springsbargains.com
http://www.5dollardinners.com/ Teaches you how to take your stock piles of food and cook in a budget new foods that are yummy. No we don't like them all but if gives you ideas.
Of Course www.coupons.com print what you need and don't forget to hit the back button and get two of all of them coupons.
Don't forget Target has coupons on their site and you can use store coupons and a manufacture coupon together and really save.
Example right now Kingsoopers, Kroger or City Market has Toaster Strudels on sale $1.14 each use the $1 off of 2 coupon from the newspaper and and the .50 from Kingsoopers card you can preload online. That is .78 for 2 boxes or .39 each. Major score for me. My hubby loves the silly things.
I have been doing this for 10 yrs!

How are you doing with the idea of "stockpiling?" That's where most of your savings will come into play. Sales cycle every 6-8 weeks, so you want to buy the things that your house will use when it's on sale and you have coupons to last 6-8 weeks - until it's on sale again. The idea is to never have to pay full price again.

I also wanted to share with you my top five favorite money saving tips...
1) Be prepared before going into the store - know what's on sale

2) Make a list and stick to it

3) Have your coupons WITH your list before going into the store...Be organized

4) Stack coupons with sales in order to maximize your savings (Stacking means using ONE store coupon AND one manufacturer coupon PER item)...Target and Publix allow this...

5) Stockpile - Now that doesn't mean you have to go crazy like the TV show on TLC Extreme Couponing, it just means buy enough of what you need when it's on sale so you don't ever have to pay full price again! Sales cycle every 6-8 weeks.

Have a wonderful day!
