I noticed someone said try selling Mary Kay already, but you can also try Avon. I did it fir about 5 years and made pretty good money. If I had more time to invest in it I would have made a lot more. Its worth a try. Good luck!

you could start your own from home business.. what are somethings you are good at? a girl in my town bakes these amazing cakes and sells them.. or you could get into something like mary kay. which is pretty easy if you are sociable

Try selling things online. I'm in Australia and have slowly learnt the ropes of Ebay and Gumtree. I use both sites to sell things. Where do i get my goods from? I search and search. I see who's selling bulk lot goods or closed down businesses, involves going to auctions or just searching online and I buy. Off load to ebay or other sites, depending on what you're selling and make your money back plus more. You can even ask friends and families if they can help you by giving you any unwanted goods. This will bring in a little money to start you off, it sells itself. If you can source things cheap, you're in! Babysitting is another. These are ways I have managed to bring in income when not working!

You could go to a job center or figure out when you are having a fair or something..... And set up a booth that sells tutus, flowers, and bows!!!

I sell Gold Canyon Candles and some other products they have!! You make 25% commission...part time since I work full time !!! Everyone loves Gold Canyon if they least tried it once!

Start a website. I started mine right before my divorce and it helps. It's not consistent but during the holidays I make out pretty well. I love country/primitive decor so I started contacting the companies on the items I had around my house and applied for a wholesale account. I only paid $120 for my website design so it was a fairly cheap way to start making money. Good luck!

what about taking in a kid or two to babysit? If you can, you could probably bring home at least $20-$30 per day. When my son went to a home daycare, I was paying $25/day. good luck!!

Thank you! I've already put some of my stuff on Craigslist and I'm gonna try Amazon too. I'm excited I've already sold my Ugg boots! I got $80 for them yay! Now for purses and jewlery their going too.

I am a singe mother myself. I am also a stay at home mother. A way to make some money is to sell your unwanted items on Ebay, Craig's List, Swap Baby Goods, and any of your local second hand stores that buys clothes.

Have you tried selling your hair bows and tutus on Etsy? I have a neighbor who does hair bows on etsy.com and ebay and makes 2k-3k a month. Hope this helps!
