Take one roll of paper towels and cut it in half.
Mix 1 1/2 cup warm water
1/4 cup baby oil
10 squirts of baby wash
Take cardboard middle out of paper towels and pour mixture over paper towels.

I use:
1c water
1tbs baby wash
1tbs baby oil
1tbs baby lotion
Mix together.
Mixes best if you use warm water and start with the lotion, adding a little water at a time. I mix it in a mason jar. We also use wash clothes for wipes. The ones that come in a pack of 12. WORKS GREAT!!
