I am trying to create a menu and am having a hard time with the format.

I am a single mother on a VERY TIGHT BUDGET and am really trying to cut back on spending unnecessarily. So far I've read great ideas on this site and am really trying to focus on my grocery spending and meal planning. I know this is going to sound crazy but I am having the hardest time putting together a menu. Not with the meals part but actually creating a format for the menu. Are there any templates I can download or samples I can look at and try to recreate? If there are downloadable ones, that would be great just so long as it's budget friendly ; ) ! Thank you in advance for your suggestions.
