We make large meals so that we can have left overs and if you make something that you can turn into a different meals that is great!!!!!

i cook large meals all the time but no one seems to eat the left overs....it really bothers me i was from a large family and we ate leftovers all the time but my guys wont it really stresses me out we waste so much. and i have a hard time judging how much food to cook so we don't waste. any ideas?
