Well, it's not always easier but it can stop you from buying things you don't need or won't even use. If you can sit down and come up with a menu, go to your pantry/fridge and make a list of the things you will need to make these meals it should go pretty smoothly. If you end up having to get quite a few things to get started, just remind yourself that some of it will be there the next time you decide to make those meals again.

I tried to do that but it always seems like a lot of work for me. I must be doing something wrong. For the menue I have to do a lot of shopping to get started right, or go look in my pantry and figure out what's there I need from meat to salt. And how much of everything? Am I going about it correctly?
