Every year I have a big garage sale of all clothes and toys that are no longer needed or played with. The money that is earned is used to buy new clothes for the kids. You would be surprised at how much I make!! ($500-$700 every year!) I also allow the kids to keep a portionof the money they make for selling their no longer used items. The remainder of what did not sell is directly taken to Goodwill and donated.

Good idea, I can't wait for May so yard saling can begin! :)
