Hey everyone i am a 20 year old mother of 3 children under the age of 6 and a wife to my loving husband... Im trying to find ideas and tips to save money.
we are currently next month will be trying for baby number 4 and i would love to start saving now..... My husband is a self employed contractor with his dad and makes prob about $200 to $500 a month and i am a Photographer that more less doesnt make that much right now because i have just started but i have saved $75 already lol.... i am currently on ODSP....
I am trying to get a Budget plan going but kinda hard when i dont have bunch tips or help on trying to save....

What are ways we can save our money and make sure we stiill have everything we need?

Find a good bread recipe and try it. I use bread for grilled cheese and peanut butter sandwiches, french toast, eggs on bread...I buy enough bread from the store that even at a good price, it adds up quickly.

Thank you Wow 7 eh :) awwww congrats.... Yea thats only from his dad... he mostly gets $100 to $200 a month.... But my ODSP is 1300.00 witch is better then what i was on.... :) im trying my best to save every money i get from my photography i now have $100 saved :) but alot more to go :) i have no idea what my goal is for saving but mostly to get around after i get pregnant.....

look for couponing and saving websites such as "Krazy Coupon Lady" or "The Thrifty Couple" for ideas and links to good deals on things like diapers and groceries. I am expecting our 7th in Feb and find them a great help. I would also recommend you always try to live within your means and not buy things on credit- you can get into a lot of trouble fast that way! I don't know how you are making it on the amounts you listed (we spend that much on groceries and gas every month!) so you must be doing some things right already.

That sounds like a good idea :)....

The one problem i have with food is that i can't cook in my oven..... ( Anxity Problems) i have alot of stuff i can not do that i am slowly trying to get over.

One thing that has helped us alot is buying from the bulk bins they have pastas, flours, sugars, beans, cereals, candy, you only buy what you need. we also use a lot of chicken breasts Grill it then add it to salads, rice like fried rice or noodles with a diced tomato and olives, be creative.

for cleaning water and vinigar clean just about everything. We get the big bottle of dawn its a little more then the generic but you end up using much less so it actually saves in the long run.
