I work in a small office and we either eat in the hospital cafeteria or sometimes we will go out. However, I put myself on a $10 budget for the week. I put $10 in my drawer and take from that for my lunch..and it works! If I'm running low then I know it's time for me to pack my lunch.
Another great tip I do is save the $1 bills with my initials L & A. I put them in the back of my purse and then in a jar when I get home. I save them up and use them for a vacation.

Try setting yourself a "cash only" budget for the week. Track that $ as a withdrawl and then you can freely spend the cash without worry. Start small (like $20) and only spend that cash for the week. Eventually, you know how much you have for coffees etc, and don't spend over your amount, as that's all you get for the week. DH and I saved almost $500 last month doing this! Also, we don't make any non-food purchases over $50 without talking to each other and agreeing on it first. Saves a ton of $ for the important things.

Just wanted to share a site where I have been buying my baby formula for the last 7 months and saving a significant amount of money.
They have some of the best prices, and also offer Free 2-3 days Priority Shipping.
Its amazing how much shipping fees add to the price of baby formula. They also email you great coupons.

I'm big on clearance clothes at the end of the seasons I love the way I can get so much for a little bit of money and have my girls ready for next year. I love change I'm a big change freak I pick up any change I see and save it and when there a good amount count and roll the change I once had over 500$ worth of change and was able to pay off bills.

It's amazing how much change can add up! I'm a single mommy full time worker and this has worked very well for me. I pay everything with dollar bills and at the end of the day dump all the coin change into a water jug that I decorated, then just leave it alone! At the end of the month I take it to a coin star location( they usually charge a percentage but its worth it to me for the little time i have!) and have saved a couple hundred bucks a month! And my Purse is a lot lighter!
