turn those dryers off ladies!!! after changing from tumble drying everything to using a line inside, i have saved myself about 30% on my electricity bill.

Not to mention its easier on your clothes and you dont have to worry about shrinking! Great idea. I hang alot of things in the summer, just because it smells so nice and it doesnt heat the house up. But, I have never considered doing it to save money. I love it!

Line drying is awesome! Not only is it cost effective, but the laundry has a fresh smell too!

I agree, but I still hang my clothes outside. My neighbors think I'm nuts hanging clothes outside in January.
