What games and thing can u do with a 10 month old out of the house. I'm a stay at home mum and my daughter has started to crawl. We play lots with her toys on the floor but she's now on the move and gets sick of just playing with her toys all the time. My other half has also just gotten holidays but we can't think of things to do as a family. Hoping anyone can give us some ideas thanks.

Parks are great. Also, just going for "nature" walks. My son and I would play "I spy" while we were out. See if your community has "Mommy and me" programs. Also, sometimes the local "Y", if you have one, have swim classes for moms and babies. If you have a bowling lane near you, that is also great fun for them. You can "help" roll the ball down the lane (don't forget the bumpers). My son is 9 now, but since we did a lot of these things, like bowling, he loves the sport and is very active. Hope this helps.

Take a walk. Babies that age want to explore. They learn by touching. Let her touch the leaves, the grass, pine cones and such. Teach her to enjoy nature. I like the idea about the zoo also. You can also change out her toys. Put some up for a month or so, then bring them out again. They will all be new to her. You can keep recycling the same toys for a while.

Maybe the zoo? Or a family art project? Finger paints and clay... they love messy stuff :)

Find an indoor playground, go swimming, find some live music (child friendly environment of course), go to your local library and check out their baby programs. Check out your local theater for "Baby and Me" movies, go explore some different parks, take a trip to a farm or zoo. There's TONS of things to do. Most importantly have fun!
