I've been told this works and I'm trying it myself now. If there is a particular product you like, for me its huggies diapers and wipes, go to their website and email them raving about how much you love their product. They will normally send you coupons or samples to keep you using their product.

Ive got a website for money saving/ coupons and you can sign up for some free baby items and coupon on my site.

Dawn is really right here...walk around your house with a pen and paper.. write down the product names you see. Dove, Zest, Colgate, Gerber, Playskool.. Then go to their individual websites. Look over each website for 'promotions' or 'special offers'
Most all websites want you to give them an email. I have created an email account JUST for my coupon searching... that way it doesn't mud up my 'real' email with the offers.

You can go to www.smartsource.com and www.redplum.com to get a variety of coupons. You can even buy coupons from ebay and some other websites! Super cheap, and that really depends on how serious you are about couponing. I joined www.thegrocerygame.com and love it! You can check out the message board for free. :-)

huggies.com and nestlebaby.com and pampers.com...i've never gotten coupons from pampers, only huggies so it really depends on the diaper your child uses.

If you like a certain product you can just go to their website and sign up there. I did when i was pregnant and i still receive coupons from some of them.
