I am a stay at home mom of a 9 month old little girl. It has been a financial struggle thus far and I am looking to do something from home other than sales consulting or selling make up...does anyone have any ides or do somthing yourselves? I was thinking of baking and selling my goods but I am not sure if then I would have to technically start a "small home based business".

Plz take a look at what I have to offer before you make a decision .There are a lot of party plans that say you can stay with kids but you will be leaving them to do parties at night or weekends. Thats not staying at home. I have been in them party plans and know what I'm talking about, not that they aren't good companys, because most are. But when I found the company I'm with I knew I could really stay home! I don't do parties, no selling, no inventory, no mlm, and most important, my home is safer and toxic free because of it. And I make money. Would love to show you. (kelly.advancingwithus.com)

Home daycare. Most states say that you can watch 3 children without a license. Charge $100 per week and $120 per week for children still in diapers!

Wish I knew what to say..can you work part-time? That is what we are planning to do or having a job where you can bring your baby might be right too!

OH, and I should have mentioned the best part! These are things people already buy! Cleaning products, vitamins, sports nutrition, weight managment foods, bath and body, skin care and makeup, dental care, first aid and pharmacy items . . .

Melaleuca is the perfect answer! Their products are safer for your daughter and the environment, and right now it's only $1 to start your own business!!! No large investment, no carrying inventory, no taking orders and making deliveries, no billing and collections, no pressuring customers to purchase, no repeat sales presentations, no RISK! Simply switch stores and save.

You could start a bow making buisness. You can find instructions online then sell them in childrens consignment stores or boutiques in your area. If your good at ebay you can shop flea markets and garage sales and sell items online.

Depending on how big of an operation you were wanting to start you would have to check on food permits if you are going to sell food items.

You could baby sit also. Its summer and soon summer school will end, so parents are needing something for their kids.
