Hi there!
Sorry I haven't been on the ball with our community over the last few weeks. My girls are 4 months and keeping me so very busy.
My girls were born at 36weeks 6days by emergency c-section. Twin A was 5lbs 7.5oz. Twin B was 6lbs 4oz. We had a TTTS scare at 14 weeks and were monitored for four months. It turned out that we only had a size difference.

Hi Carlyn!
I think it's on an individual basis. As every preemie baby is different, he/she will need to stay in based on individual needs...or not at all. My girls were able to room in with me from the beginning. Talk with your doctor.

im 12 weeks and at my 7 week sacn one twin was bigger than the other, so am having a NT 12 week scan this week so hopefully the little one has caught up . i also have a 3 yr old son and am wondering wat the stay in hospital is like if you have prem babies any ideas?
