i have also lost 2 little girls born 11mnths apart today would have been one of my daughters second birthday. while every day is hard there may come a time that you decide to have another baby. i have had 6 children and 5 prems due to placental abruption (the oldest was almost full term without problems) although both my 24wk and 25wk babies both died within a month of being born the other 3 are doing well the youngest was born at 29wks and is now nearly 3mnths old. there are things that can be done to help prevent placental abruption or at least hopefully delay it happening for long enough to give a baby a fighting chance along with steroid injections. i hope that things work out well for you in the future.

I had a placenta ebruption with my daughter, Novalee in 2007. She was born a stillbirth. They revived her after 8min. Since she lost oxygen and blood to her brain, she had brain damage. Novalee passed away June 14, 2009.

thank you for your comment i'm sorry for your loss i know how you feel about the greiving bit as i still haven't got over mine some days it's hard and other days it's better i sometimes still find myself crying for the one i lost 7 years ago and i'm here if you ever need to talk or are feeling a little bit low sometimes take care hope to here from you soon

hi sorry 2 hear about ur boys! i lost my son to placenta abruption too on new years eve 2008 and had him on new years day 2009 so im still kinda grievin, i dont talk to alot of people about this cus i dont really no wat to say, but my lil boy would of been 9 months! its just somthin that you have to talk to people about anyway if you need to talk im here xx

My heart goes out to you and your husband. I lost a child in June of 2004 due to kidney failure in utero. At his delivery I dissected my aorta and later was rushed for emergency surgery. I listen to Glory Baby by a christian group called Watermark and it helps me.

im so sorry . i lost two as well. one was a misscarriage at 3.5 months and then the following year(last year) my son Braden was born preterm due to an interuterine infection, at 26 weeks. he died the same day. i had a csection so i didnt see him alive. but my husband did. and i got to hold him and keep him with me for awhile.i miss him every single day.
