Aimee Hood with Now I Lay Me Down to Sleep, gave us the greatest gift anyone could give us. One of our nurses called her and she came right down that day while we were still at the hospital and she made us a priority. Along with the pictures, she also made us a video to show at his memorial. I treasure these photos....they are priceless!

When we lost our little angel, I was thankful the hospital had the presence of mind to take rolls of film of her while I held her, bathed her and dressed her. They even suggested we take pictures at the funeral home. We were lucky enough to have her for 4 months and we took loads and loads of pictures but the final ones are just final.

I so wish I would have known about this. The hospital was kind enough to take some pictures, but they posed and tried to cover up my little angel's flaws. I didn't have the mind to take my own pictures, but I wish I would have. Everything happened so fast and then when I did think about it, it was far too late. I would have loved to have had nice pictures of my son, ones that aren't hokey. Ones that showed his whole body, his little elbows, back, booty... Ones with me holding him, loving him, kissing him...
