I was curious if anyone else here had gotten tattoo(s) to remember their lost angels. Only 19 after my angel left, i got a tattoo on the top of my right foot. It says her name (Emmanuelle) then has a small anchor (to symbolize her father, who is in the Navy) and then the date she passed (September 24th, 2009)

We lost our son on my 23 2009...I got both hand prints actual size on my right calf and my husband got one hand print with his name "rainbow" shaped over the top and the date curved under the bottom on the inside of his left arm. We love our tattoos...I remember saying...it's like he is once again in my life forever...like i had a small peace of him back somehow...

My son passed away almost 3 years ago and though I haven't gotten a tattoo yet I have one planned. I am going to have a life size portrait of his face done on my upper back.

I have a tattoo on my ankle to represent 2 of my children and am getting another one to represent my son that just passed in June. I have a family member of mine help me figure out what would be best. I have always thought it a great idea.

So sorry about the loss of your daughter, life is so unfair sometimes..
I got a tattoo of a woman holding an infant and underneath it says " I know there'll be no more tears in heaven. 08-05-10" We lost our son, Matthew Wallace at 20 weeks 5 days gestation on August 5th, 2010.
