no real family & difficult inlaws, worried how this will affect my daughter

will try & keep this short. I was taken into foster care at 12, then placed with a long term foster caree from 14. She has issues of her own & if we argued she would go weeks without talking to me, always telling me it was her house & often kicking me out when I had nowhere to go. I have a sister who is 8 years older, but I can't expect anything from her at all. My daughter is now 17 months old & on the two occasions I have been desperate for a break my foster mum didn't want to know, so I told her about the issues that had upset me living with her & she has now stopped all of her family talking to me, they never even ask how my daughter is. My inlaws have also been difficult, mother in law spent years accusing me of stealing her son, bad mouths me & how I keep my home to their family. I have to keep a distance from then, seeing them once a month helps avoid arguments & criticisms. I am so worried my daughter is missing out on important extended family relationships. Would love some advice?
