I suffered from Post-partum depression after my daughters birth. I ended up divorced, and abandoned by my husband, wondering if anyone had to deal with situations where partners or family didn't understand, and BLAMED you?

I too suffered post partum for two years. I am now bi-polar. I constantly get criticism from my husband. He thinks I need to snap out of it. Ass!

I did. He told me I was lazy. That I wasnt sick, that I just was a whiney baby myself. When in reality, I was suffering so much.
I suffered for 6 months before I got a diagnosis and subsequential medications......
that was 13 years ago and I still to this day have anxiety disorder left over from the PPD.
