Hello everyone! I would like to first apologize for not checking this page more often...I do plan on making this a daily thing to visit this community (if not daily at least weekly).
Welcome to all of our new members and I hope that you have been enlightened and informed since visiting this page. I am really working hard on making some improvements to this community.
I did try to respond to people's comments that were left from a conversation started a few months ago. It may look weird b/c I was trying to respond to each comment and give some encouraging words.
I really want this community to be very successful & I need your help!!!! Please, please, please, please email me and let me know what you would like to see in this community. What topics would you like to start discussing, what type of support do you need, etc. I started this community b/c I wanted to have some sort of connection with other mothers who children have sickle cell to share our good stories and the bad ones as well. Again I ask that you please give me suggestions that will help to make this community better. While the numbers are small, I am even thinking as far as planning some sort of gathering where we can recieve more information and share ideas, etc.~~~~( if the numbers continue to grow then I may need a little help!!!! LOL)
