Any doctor suggestions in New York? Maybe Westchester County?

Does anyone know of a great pediatric neurologist around Westchester that has experience w/Tourettes? I live in the Hudson Valley and I was recently informed that our doctors office has closed forever and now I'm stuck trying to find a new doctor for my son. I've gone through 2 doctors and am not happy with either one. I don't want a pill pusher I want someone who will take the time to listen to our concerns and answer our questions without making us feel like we are wasting their time. Any suggestions! PLEASE!

We take our 6 yo son to Steven Wolf, MD (a ped. neuro) at Beth Israel Hospital in NYC (10 Union Square East, New York, NY - (212) 844-6944). I think he's great. He gets it. He can be rushed but his staff has been very responsive to us via email. They have a shared office in Hartsdale NY, but I don't recommend going there as they are always behind schedule. I've never had this problem at the NYC office.
