if i remove wheat and dairy what is left for my son to eat!help

hi please help me figure out what to feed my son.ok if i take wheat out this means no brown bread?do i change him to white bread?are plain cherrioes ok?for dairy do i cut all cheese and yogert ?he will not drink milk so that is out.my son doesn't like alote of sweets like icecream cake cookies candy he never would eat any of this so he doesn't get alote of suger juice only a little alway dye free.he mostly drinks water.he will eat chicken and fish no red meat thought.doesn't eat no veggies and will eat some fruit banna's watermellon.loves peanutbutter is that ok or does that have wheat?please give me some idea's of what is ok and what to stay away from.i'm afraid there is nothing left that i can give him to eat.how come they can be so hyper without eating sugar?

thanks melanie i will pick up that book.just by removing the dye from his diet and giving him a multi vitamin and omg 3's in his diet this has made his homework getting done and he seems to know alote more instead of always saying i forget .he still is hyper but his behavier has improved.

You should get hold of the book by Lisa Lewis - Special Diets for Special Kids. There is a TON of info on the internet now, and a LOT of products out there to replace "wheat" things.

Going gluten free/casein free was the best thing I ever did for my kids. That and vitamin supplements is all they get now. No meds!!
