I can not remember a time in my life that I did not want to be a mom, I had my kids names picked out in 2nd grade... Being a mother & wife is the single most important thing in my life & I would not want it any other way... You are right, it is nice to know that there are others who feel the same. Blessings...

Hello, my name is rozzi and I am a grandma x 8. I love my grandbabies to pieces and try to tell them everyday. I can't think of anything better than my grandson calling me WOZZI GRANMA and sitting with him on the kitchen floor eating SNAK--chocolate pudding. I don't think heaven can be any better than that and if it is WOW! I too THANK GOD and THE LORD above for all his great blessings in my life. My husband survived open heart surgery and a near fatal infection and is home with me. Love this site and hope to get to know all of you better in the future. Have a blessed day rozzi

Hi! I am a grandmother of two. Jack is 6 and Lilly is 6months. Their mother is disabled and they all live at home with me. I am so thankful to the Lord for my grandchildren and I am glad for this website.

This is one of the reasons that I joined facebook. I know there are alot of us out there, but we are hard to find!! I do enjoy being the nanner. I tried to get him to call me nanny, like my mother was, but he insists on nanner! Oh well, what are ya gonna do? Aidan is six years old, and my only grandchild. Yes, he is spoiled!! By all of us though. I have three grown children, so he has all of our attention.

New, just checking out your community. I have 3 grown children, 10 grandchildren ages 13 to 23 as well as my husbands 4 children, 6 grandchildren, & 2 great-grands. I love being a grandma!

Hi, my name is Bonnie, I am 42 years old. I am from surrey, B.C. ,, Canada.. I have 3 biological children. Amanda 21,, Michael 18,, Chantelle 16.. My common law husband of 12 years also has 3 children,, so I have 3 step children. Melanie 24,, Jordan 22,, Jennifer 21.. In 2006 my step daughter Jennifer was having problems, so I've had custody since august 2006. I've had him since he was 23 months old. Being a grandmother is the best thing in the world. He is a very busy little boy in his second year of preschool. He has alot of challenges though. When he came to me he couldn't talk,, was still on a soother and bottle.. Hes in speech therapy year 2, and is also seeing a mental health worker, he also has an aboriginal worker that attends school with him as his speech is limited. Alot of work, but it is all sure worth it. Glad to have someone to chat with.. Bonnie

Thank you for sharing your idea with all of us and opening this circle. I have been given so much love by my grandchildren it makes it easy to love them just as unconditionally. I guess it's true-to whom much is given, much is expected. I rise to the occasion!

Here's a story from a week in my life as Grandma of 8. We have passed the flu around. Grandson Gage (3) pushed his brother, and as it happened the stairs were there, Hunter fell, broke his arm, surgery, overnight in the hospital, and he had just had the flu earlier that day. Then 1 yr old Emma is riding the horse and fell..she's ok. My daughter that has 4 children ages 7,5,2 and baby..her washing machine is leaking all over the basement. But, hot dogs were roasted over the open fire, and all is well in Kansas. Fun being a Grandma!! Patrice
