Just wondering what your experience was with this and how you handled it and how it eventually panned out as far as custody.

And if his not the type to reason theres always mediation were they can help and plan agreedment for both parties and you have the course to agree or not agree. good luck

Hi, My first marriage he left me but not only course we had a child with special needs he also cheated on me, But the past is the past, We both have a court order where the children live with me full-time and he gets every second weekend for 4 days with there father. To be honest me and my new husband now and my ex husband and his wife are all good friends and we all work together with school meeting excursion's sports and so forward. If you and your ex can come with agreedment thats suits both of you's then the kids would be much happier and it would be a pleasant outcome.If you want to chat more about this message me. good luck and take care
