Hi, I have a 13 year old son with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy. I am an educator in this disease and wanted to know if anyone has a child with any form of Muscular Dystrophy?

hi there sandi, i also have a daughter with duchenne muscular dystrophy, she also has fsh muscular dystrophy too. my daughter was 3 when diagnosed and is now 11, she has been in her wheelchair for the past 4 years and is one of the most happiest klids i know and dosnt let anything hold here bac, how did your son cope with the transition from primary school to secondary

Ryan is doin very well considering his condition. He is a great lad and never ever complains about anything, unlike me. I think life is so unfair but you would never hear him say anything like that. Hope to speak to you soon.

My son has dmd and will be 16 in April
