She is extremely behind in development. I can't keep her attention long enough to try to help build language. I am super stressed and don't know what to do. Has anybody been through this or currently going through it?

I haven't exactly been though this, but I have 5 healthy children, and 1 child in the middle what has several disabilities including hearing loss, vision loss, and neurological problems. I used to always say.. how can this just happen to one child. My youngest is 4 and we are trying to get him to undestand that what the 8 year old does is not right and he shouldn't copy him. My 8 year old has the mind of a 3 year old, making it very difficult for these two at this time making our lives extremely streesfull. Do you have services in place for your daughter at this time? They would be able to help a lot.
