In my effort to be more organized I started making a weekly to-do list then breaking up the tasks each day. It's going okay. I'm behind this week...haven't been sleeping well at night and will nap during Eliza's nap time instead of doing the to-do list. But more stuff is getting done than normal, and I'm not running around like a crazy person, because I feel like I have a goal.
And I haven't eaten fast food yet. That was the goal for January. We'll see if that carries into February!
