When my kids are nice to each other it always makes me feel really warm inside, like if one of the little ones hurts themselves and the older ones try to them up or if they tell each other your the best brother or sister because they have all being having fun together or one of them had done something nice for the other. Last Christmas my mum took the two oldest shopping and gave them some money so they could each by the other one a present, my oldest went off to Thorntons the chocolate shop and bought his sister a chocolate teddy bear and got her name iced onto it. When she opened it on christmas morning me my mum and my daughter were all in tears because he had really thought about what his sister would like and got it personalised as well. They can fight like cat and dog a lot of the time so it makes me so happy when they show that they really do love each other too.

I thought about throwing some dishsoap on the leaves, but they always come back better when I chop them down anyway so I may just do that lol. Daddy long legs are supposed to EAT the aphids. I have a million longlegs infesting my lawn. They aren't doing their job well at all. Stupid spider wannabes.

1. My son, and when I go into his room in the morning and he's standing up in his crib, looking at me with that gigantic, two-toothed grin, just so happy to see me. It's like the sun coming out.
2. Laying in bed with my husband and just talking about the most foolish, warped, idiotic things and laughing like a couple of crazies.
3. That first smell of salt air in the spring when the air and water warm up enough for me to smell the ocean. It's as though something was missing from my blood, and that smell replenishes it.
4. If I see a cute, scruffy small dog, that always cheers me up. Especially if it's a Lhasa Apso or Shih-Tzu with an underbite.
5. Taking a day off work to lay in bed and read when a new book in a beloved series comes out. I did that for Deathly Hallows, and it was soooooo nice. Just me, my great big bed, that great big book, a huge bottle of water, and a bag of Miss Vickie's Lime and Black Pepper chips. It was heavenly.

Theres something that makes me sad, aphids ate my rosebushes lol. By the time I noticed the damage was done. Time to chop em' down and start over I guess

I agree with the flowers being in bloom! I love reading a book outside when our azaleas, camillas, roses, lillies, amaryllis, oleanders, and sweet olive are all in bloom. Smells so good and I could just stare at them for hours!

And I love the fresh fruits and veggies one too!

i love it when my favorite fruits and veggies are in season- finally. like right now i've been dying for strawberries for like 10 months now that don't taste like crap, and ones that aren't expensive as hell. thta time is finally here, lol!! i also live for sweetcorn season, come on july!! lol! when i was pregnant last time, i ate 9 ears of corn along with the rest of my picnic dinner, i would've ate more , but they ran out!!

haha the crabby dance does involve claws, but he does kind of a plie squat and stomps around lol. Then the crab stops and bounces up and down.... and then it pounces on you and pinches you

laci does the crabby song/dance thing go a little like: eh, hem.....CRAB PEOPLE!!! (in the most annoying nasaly voice ever) whilst he makes his hands into crab claws and pinches them).
chad also does funky dances for me as well, but not too often, i think its more of a treat that way, lol!!

Another one: When I let nico say Hi to whoever I'm talking to on the phone he kisses the phone bye-bye lol. Super cute. He kisses everything. He loves to kiss himself in the mirror, kisses the windows, the TV lol

1. the early morning half-moon toothy grin and hearing "HI" from my lil girl. It really is the BEST part of my day!



2. Hot salty french fries dipped in Frosty from Wendy's. LOVE IT!



3. Smell of fresh cut grass on a hot day.



4. Watching Allison learn or say something new every day. We went down the toy isle yesterday and she said, "Doda" - Dora, and then pointed and said, "Melmo" - Elmo. I was shocked!! She's getting so big :)



5. Anything that reminds me of the cruis we took to the Western Caribbean. Best 7 days of my life.



6. A nice suntan which I haven't had in about 2-3 years now :(

Hahahaha i have re read the half-blood prince and the deathly hallows for the hundredth time this week! lol It drives me nuts though coz Jesse has only seen the movies and wont let me tell him what happens in them or in the last one (he's not a reader) and all i want to do is blurt out everything that they miss in the movies! Grrrr its so hard! I have already told him that Hedwig died, that Nagini is a horcrux and that i cried like a baby in that chapters Kreacher's tale and The Wandmaker. He still hates me for just telling him that much!

1.Noah and those dimples of his! (Today he was so sweet! I had a bit of a fainting moment, after missing my iron meds for a couple of days and he came running sat on the floor and asked if i was ok and what was wrong, than gave me a kiss said i love you mummy than started giving me a back scratch!)

2. Getting a goodbye kiss from Jesse when he thinks im still asleep anyway :)

3. Watching the sun come up almost every morning.

4. The smell of rain on hot asphalt after a hot aussie summer day, when the storm starts to come in.

I'm guessing you were counting your boys as 2 things you love then Loureen?? Coz I could only find 4 written hehe ;)
I also love my boys Peter and Baylee.
I also love thunderstorms - especially back in Australia sitting on the verandah at my parent's house and watching it roll in after a warm summers day.
I love sitting on the beach too (not so much going in as I'm terrified of sharks)
I love writing music.
I love the moment where you step through the arrivals gate at the airport after being away and being greeted by your family. Sigh. Making me homesick now too!
Oh and I love a big breath of chilly morning fresh air! (not so much fresh air here in Hong Kong, but in Aus it's divine!)
That's 6... 7 if you include 2 boys ;)

1. When I've had a rough day and nothing goes right, Wyatt comes up to me and says "I love you mommy," and gives me the biggest hug.

2. A cool spring night sitting by a bonfire, drink in hand with family and friends around.

3. When Wyatt learns something new and the amazement in his eyes for getting it right :*). I always get choked up and teary eyed.

4. Spending a Sunday afternoon lounging around, not doing a thing but playing and having fun.

5. Cuddling in bed at night. The feeling right before I nod off to sleep.

Kati, the Louisiana gulf coast was yucky even before the oil spill. Alabama and Florida gulf coast are amazing! Hopefully the oil won't make it's way of there too. :(

But don't let that stop you from coming down...lol!

watching my boys grow and change, when i realize that they are getting smarter, and sometimes all of a sudden they start looking different.



i love just laying in bed and talking with my hubby too :)



having my best friend come over and watch dexter every sunday, and when it's not on just going out and doing something with her.



i've only been to the ocean 2 times, but i loved it and just sitting on the beach in kauai listening to the waves, and feeling the salty wind, and looking at the waves-OH MY GOD! too bad the nearest ocean is 1,000 miles away.... (that's new orleans sara, lol! )



there's a certain smell when spring comes here, and then theres a feeling of renewal that comes along with it. love that!

laying in bed with my hubby.."feeling the love" as we call it..just talking is what it is..



just listening to my children talk sometimes..lol..they sound so grown and i have to remember they aren't..lol



watching the sunset and the trees, just reminds me how good God is...



my husbands award winning chili...(i think i have found tomorrows dinner..lol)



writing a poem....i just received two request for poems and i just thinking about what i may write makes me smile(lets hope they feel the same..lol...)
