I didn't know what group to join....I am 46, have 2 children 29 & 30....yes I was 16 when I had my son and 17 when I had my daughter. I am also grandma to 5...3 girls 11, 9, 7 and 2 boys 5 & 2. My daughter has the girls my son has the boys. So I guess I could have joined:

1. Teen Moms

2. Moms with adult children

3. Young grandma's, yes I was 35 when my first grandchild was born

4. Mom's with kids and grandkids living with them

The list goes on and on but you get the idea. I guess my motto would be "I have raised teenagers, NOTHING frightens me"

Hi Joyce...How are you? Yes I have to say I am busy...I also work full time and take care of my parents down in Clearwater. We also have 4 dogs, small ones! My daughter and the girls live with my husband and I as well. So I guess technically 2 of the dogs belong to them.
He is just precious! What a doll! Is he very far away? Is he to far for a weekend trip or a lets meet 1/2 way get together? Use the computer!! When my daughter and granddaughters were in WI we set up web cams. So even though I was here in Florida I could still see them. And if you use the speakers and a microphone you can talk to each other as well. It worked great for holiday's, it would be like haveing dinner together. Let me know if you try it, I think you will be real happy to see him just about whenever you want.

Hi Linda:

My name is Joyce wow u are a busy Mom & Grandma congradulations of having that many grandkids. I'm a 1st time grandma & I love my 10mth old grandson very much but the sad part that my daughter lives out-of-town (Arnprior,On) but we are thinking of moving back there after our son finishes High School. Then we will be with our Grandson and our son will spend more time with his Nephew more often also. Well let you go for now talk soon bye for now.
